Allowing Cookies: Please allow cookies from Sensovi.com. If you have your browser set to deny all cookies, it will usually ask if you want to make an exception for the current website.
Most problems are caused by older, non-standards compliant web browsers. These web browsers such as IE 6-7 (Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or 7) or AOL Explorer do not follow web standards and lead to an undesirable web browsing experience.
Sensovi.com recommends and supports the following web browsers:
- Firefox 2 or newer
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or newer
- Safari 3 or newer
Although we do not recommend IE 6 or 7, most things are reported to work. However, the site will not perform as it does in supported browsers.
Some known problems seen in older browsers are:
- Images with odd backgrounds
- Square instead of rounded borders on content boxes
- Custom fonts render as generic fonts
- Other rendering errors like font and margin sizes make the website look terrible.
- Online classes do not work properly
If you notice any of these things while surfing, you are using an older browser. It is highly recommended you switch to a modern browser. Firefox 3 is an excellent choice. Internet Explorer 9 is the latest version of IE.
An added benefit of using the latest web browser is increased security. Newer browsers are hardened against viruses, malware, and spyware.
Signing Up for a Sensovi.com Account
Usually the first thing you want to do is Sign Up for a Sensovi.com account. This process is easy and free, however we require a valid email address.
A valid (private/personal) email account is a mandatory requirement. If you do not already have an email account, we suggest creating your own Gmail account. Gmail is free and has nice features.
When you Sign Up for a Sensovi.com account, you will receive an email (usually within 10 minutes). This email contains a strong password. If you do not receive an email within a reasonable time, please contact us by phone, or leave us a message.
If the Sign Up page tells you the email is already in use, please contact us so we can fix this issue.
If the Sign Up page tells you the username/nickname is already in use, please choose a different username/nickname.
